  • How will my order be delivered?

At TravX, all orders through our webshop are handled by well-known carriers within Europe. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail also contains the track & trace code, which allows you to track your order and see when it will be delivered to your shipping address.

Should you not be home during delivery, a non-home code will be left in your mailbox. This allows you to schedule delivery at a later time or pick up the package at a pickup point.

  • When can I expect my order?

If you order before 11:59 pm, your order will be processed the same day and shipped the next day. All orders within Europe are delivered within 3-5 business days. In very exceptional cases there may be delays. In that case, please contact us at all times.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

You can always send an e-mail requesting changes to your order. In some cases, this can still be done while the package has not yet been offered to carrier. Your e-mail will always be answered quickly. Do not forget to mention your order number and clearly indicate the changes you want.

  • How do I know if my order has been accepted?

Once your order is received by TravX, you will receive an email with all the details of your order.

  • How can I find out the current status of my order?

When your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with shipping information.

  • I have not received a receipt, order confirmation or notification of delivery via email. What should I do?

If you have not received any emails, please contact TravX customer service immediately.

 

DELIVERY 

  • What are the shipping costs?

We deliver all our products free of charge. 

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With this code, you can track your order through the carrier's website.

  • My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

It is very rare for a package to be lost by the carrier. Should this happen, please send us an e-mail using the contact form. We will then immediately send a new package for you.

 

RETURNS

  • Within what time frame can I return my order?

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your order. After this period, unfortunately this is not possible unless the problem falls under warranty.

  • How can I return my order?

Returning your products is a simple process that consists of 3 steps:

  1. Check the return page for instructions
  2. Ship the return package to a shipping point with the return label provided.
  3. Within 10 days of receipt in our department store, we will issue a refund to your account. Please note that it may take up to 3 days before the refund is visible in your bank account.

 

  • Will my money be refunded when returning a product?

We always process return requests within 10 days of receipt. You will be refunded in all cases within 10 days of receipt of the return.
